Hand-embroidered vestments are often considered a luxury for parishes and the clergy. The founders of Charbel Vestments were tired of the steep prices of embroidered sets and were determined to produce beautiful vestments at a much lower price.

Now, owning a hand-embroidered set of vestments is no longer a dream but a reality.

Charbel Vestments is a new venture but is in no way an amateur to vestment-making. Our vestments are sewn by master artisans with at least 20 years of experience. Each piece is meticulously cut, sewn and lined by hand to ensure quality, and every piece goes through a strict quality-check before they are ready to sell.

Machine-embroidered vestments had once threatened to dominate the sacristies - but not anymore.

Charbel Vestments has a group of master-class embroiders who employ complex stitching techniques to produce embossed and 3-D effects. Our embroidery is something which we are really proud of.

All our vestments are made, lined and embroidered with 100% quality silk. We insist on using only silk as it has always been the preferred material since ancient times. Silk is also valued because of its symbolism and analogy to the Paschal Lamb. Just as Christ, the innocent Victim and "the silent sheep before her shearers" Isaias 53:7 is sacrified to achieve our redemption and immortality, so is the silent and innocent victim in its cocoon sacrified to produce silk.

Charbel Vestments has just celebrated its first anniversary and is in the midst of expanding its product range. More products will be added on this website!

Thank you for your support - We are one year old!

The righteous shall flourish like a palm-tree, and shall spread abroad like a cedar in Lebanon.
